In the decade prior to joining Imbibe, Mr. Rashkow served as the Managing Partner of SilverYoung Private Equity, an early-stage private equity fund, whose primary investment focus was marketing companies with unique technological platforms. Previously, Mr. Rashkow was a Partner at Chapman Partners investment bankers, specializing in mid-market mergers and acquisitions. In the early nineties, Mr. Rashkow began his professional career as part of the executive team of French home-improvement retailer OBI, based in Lille, France.
