Executive Vice President, EMEA of Cryptomathic
Morten Landrock is Managing Director of Cryptomathic Ltd and Executive Vice President of Cryptomathic’s EMEA (Europe / Middle East / Africa) operations, managing a team of people based in Denmark, France, Germany and the United Kingdom. He is also responsible for Cryptomathic’s corporate marketing activities. Since joining Cryptomathic in 1999, Morten has worked extensively in business development, corporate strategy, management, marketing, and sales with a keen focus on international expansion – setting up offices in Denmark, France and the United Kingdom. Morten has served as Vice Chair of the Marketing Centre for GlobalPlatform, an organisation responsible for the standardisation of smart card technology, from 2003-2005. Prior to joining Cryptomathic Morten Landrock worked in marketing in USA. Morten Landrock holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Aarhus and supplemented studies with graduate economics courses from the University of Leuven.

Dr. Laurent Gautier
President and Co-founder of ilex international
Doctor in electronics from the Lille University, and Graduate from the prestigious “Centrale” Engineering School, Laurent Gautier has always been passionate about IT technologies. He solders his first computer (NASCOM 1- 1978) while still a student. After his studies he teaches a “How to build computers” course at the University of Tunis for 18 months before joining, in 1985, Cap Sogeti, a large French Integrator. At the same time, Laurent starts writing and selling financial shareware as a hobby. In 1989, he joins the “Terminals & PCs” department of the IT division at BNP where he leads the company through the implementation and deployment of its first Unisys based agency system. Convinced of the potential of the IT market and driven by his passion, Laurent founds Ilex in 1989 with René Lagrèze, and starts providing services and software solutions to some of the largest organisations in the world including major airports, international airlines, leading banks, the Nasdaq, Morgan Stanley, the US coast guards… After 25 years at the head of Ilex, Laurent continues to lead our R&D team and to support the International development of the company.

Paul Ramshaw
Vice President of Europe of XP Solutions
Paul oversees operations in the EMEA region. He has an engineering degree from Surrey University and also an MBA and brings a wealth of experience in developing international business in the engineering software domain. Paul has worked in the CAE software industry during the past 20 years beginning his career in business development then building and leading successful direct sales and engineering teams through Europe, China, Japan, India and Singapore as well as building reseller channels in Europe and Asia.

Justin Kearney
Vice President of Human Resources of Logicalis
Justin Kearney joined Logicalis Group in August 2013 as Vice President of Human Resources with responsibility for providing people management leadership within Logicalis Group. Prior to this, Justin was the HR Director for the Corporate function leaders at Invensys, the engineering and technology business. He has also held international HR business partner roles within the aviation and financial service industries with General Electric, and in retail, with Sainsburys in the UK. Justin has an honours degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Leisure Management, as well as being a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
