Andrew Biggs
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Primeline Energy Holdings
Andrew Biggs is qualified as a solicitor in England and in Hong Kong. Between 1981 and 1998, he was a partner of international law firm Richards Butler, both in Hong Kong and London, specialising in Hong Kong/Asian M&A and corporate finance transactions. He was involved in many of the early H-share listings of mainland Chinese companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and dealt with numerous M&A and financing transactions in China. In 1998, Mr. Biggs joined Parkview Group (which group includes Primeline) as Corporate Affairs Director and General Counsel. In this capacity he has overseen all legal aspects of Primeline’s operations. Mr. Biggs has worked for Primeline full time since 2007.
