At HC Media Group, we specialise in Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Website Design and development, PPC Advertising, and Digital Marketing Strategies.

Our slogan is ‘Marketing Done By Humans, For Humans’ we are not your regular marketing agency hiding behind the advances of AI. Our team strives to limit our use of AI to give you an authentic campaign that connects with your audience.

Tell us about yourself?

I am a published author on marketing and AI Keynote Speaker, and co-founder of award-winning businesses such as HC Media Group which have helped thousands of businesses scale.

After growing up in a disadvantaged background in Foster Care I decided as a natural entrepreneur, decided to not let life defeat him and turned his attention to learning how to develop small ideas into successful businesses.

Fast forward to today, I have run digital marketing campaigns with Blue Chips Brands such as Amazon, The FA, EE, Renault, Ford, Vodafone, Clarins, National Trust, Ordnance Survey, Ladbrokes, The Economist, Macmillan and Butlins as well as founding my own agency, helping hundreds of SME’s sell over £50million worth of goods and services through their websites.

I am also a published author and like to teach valuable lessons in building successful businesses, learning the ins and outs of digital marketing, and keeping up with the latest trends like how small businesses can leverage AI to scale their business in the same was Amazon has.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Invest more in relationship building, business is about the connections that you make and the work that you do.

What problem does your business solve?

I frequently find myself the question ‘why do people choose to buy from one company over the other?’ I’ve learnt to realise that the answer is trust. This is something we focus on mainly because most companies don’t focus on how to be trustworthy therefore see a lot of customers use their competitors over them. We work with businesses so that trust is the first thing that a customer thinks, which means that they choose you over your competitor.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Over the years I have seen first hand how big businesses can afford to have marketing and sales consultancy that helps grow, however small companies usually cannot afford that luxury so they are left behind. We try and fill that gap and help inspire and grow smaller businesses.

What is your magic sauce?

We use data and analytics, mixed with Phycology and a pinch of creativity to give businesses actionable strategies that will help them become pioneers in their industries.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

My vision for HC Media Group is to continue its expansion and to continue helping businesses across the country unlock their potential with digital marketing.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

So far, our biggest challenge we have found is finding a process that works. The trouble is our service is so bespoke as we like to treat every customer as individuals that when it comes to doing to the work we struggle to have a solid working process.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

We understand the importance of our clients understanding the digital marketing campaign they are investing in, so much so that we offer training sessions and webinars totally free of charge to help the client develop their own understanding of our digital services. We encourage any businesses interested in marketing to explore these webinars on our website.
