Ex-soldier Alfie Usher has launched an insurance comparison site to help those who have served find suitable deals for their unique circumstances. The comparison platform, known as Forces Compare, is the very first of its kind, built to help ex-serving members of the Armed Forces compare insurance policies right for them.

Founder Alfie built Forces Compare after his service, realising during this time that there were no platforms where ex-military members could compare insurance on. Out of frustration for the lack of supporting services in this area, Alfie built Forces Compare to help those who have served find insurance that matches their needs.

Through Forces Compare, customers are provided with the opportunity to compare a variety of different insurance options – these options made specifically for customers who used to serve in the armed forces.

The service has partnered with Quotezone, insurance comparison experts, enabling ex-military personnel to compare hundreds of different quotes through simply completing a quick form.

What Policies Can You Find Through Forces Compare?

Forces Compare offers comparison services on a range of different, military-related policies, including the following:

  • Military Kit Insurance
  • Military Contents Insurance
  • Military Personal Accident Insurance
  • Military Travel Insurance

As well as these military-specific policies, Forces Compare can also help customers find deals on home insurance, car insurance and bike insurance.

What Else Does Forces Compare Offer?

In addition to a range of insurance policies, Forces Compare can also help customers with certain legal claims – partnering with professionals in the industry to assist with MOD legal services, MOD housing claims, payday loan refunds, flight delay claims and military tax refunds.

Currently, the site caters best to those who have served in the armed forces, however, Alfie wants to expand his offering in the future to help others serving the country in various different ways – including the police, nurses, the navy and those working in the public sector.

In the future, Alfie also plans to expand the service’s offering to include bank accounts, credit cards and personal loans.
