She is a Director of Making Projects Work Ltd. whose clients range from Rolls-Royce to Save the Children, the UK Government to Price Waterhouse Coopers and ESI. Penny holds a range of qualifications, including Certified Professional Facilitator. Penny’s book, ‘A Short Guide to Facilitating Risk Management’, was published by Gower in 2011 and co-authored with Ruth Murray-Webster. Penny’s previous roles include facilitating business change at Mars Inc, together with business analysis and project management roles in several other multinationals.
