Tell us about yourself?
I studied Business and Law at the University of Edinburgh and enjoyed the marketing aspects the most. After studying I went to work as a marketing graduate at the Isle of Eriska Hotel on the west coast of Scotland. Having to utilise online marketing due to the location interested me and I love the diversity and fast moving nature of the environment – there is always something new to learn and bring into the marketing mix.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Be yourself and if you fully believe in something, don’t worry what others think.
What problem does your business solve?
We provide solutions to our clients who require services in website design and development, graphic design, digital marketing management and training, SEO and PPC, launch events, printing services and other marketing related activities. No issue is too small for us and we proactively seek the best possible solutions to inspire business growth. We provide bespoke solutions using the latest digital trends and think outside of the box to help our clients establish unique brand awareness and adapt to emerging trends.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
I wanted to have flexibility in what I did and wanted to be working with a variety of different clients in a variety of industries and to ultimately learn from people. Also to help people problem solve and increase the custom for their own businesses.
What is your magic sauce?
We care. We don’t just give someone what they want but get to the core of their issue and help them where they can see the benefit most.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
I would like to continue to grow our core team who are customer focused, friendly and good at relationship building with clients. I would also like to further develop the contractors we worth with who are on the same page as us. I would like to see our turnover increase to 4 times what it is now and give everyone who works with us the opportunity to excel in the areas they enjoy most.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Growing the business whilst still young – however the business has survived 10 years and that stands in good stead with many – even through COVID – we have survived and are doing better than ever as a company.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
We are always open to working with like minded individuals – it usually starts with a conversation and if it is a good fit, we take it from there!
