Jennifer Smith is Chief Financial Officer of euNetworks, appointed to this position in January 2018. She is responsible for all financial and corporate development activities of the company. In her previous role as Director, Corporate Development & FP&A, she led multiple rounds of debt fundraising for the company and was instrumental in Stonepeak Infrastructure Partner’s acquisition of a majority investment. Jennifer joined euNetworks in January 2013. Jennifer has 14 years of financial and transaction experience. She has covered debt-supported acquisitions, buyouts, and recapitalisations totalling more than €20bn for large technology and media companies at Bank of America’s Corporate & Investment Bank. In 2010, she joined the corporate development team of Permira-backed NDS Group, where she saw the company through its IPO filing and took a lead role in the $5bn sale of the company to Cisco. After the sale, Jennifer joined the strategy team of Cisco’s Service Provider Video Technology Group, where she developed insight into one of the key drivers of growing bandwidth demand. Jennifer holds a dual degree in Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.
