Anish Kapoor is currently CEO of Yuuguu, and sits on the advisory Board of the UK Governments Technology Strategy Board. In 1997 he co-founded TeleCity – Europe’s leading provider of data centre and co-location facilities. Within 3 years the company had 500+ staff in 17 countries, and had IPO’d with a market cap of $1 billion. After IPO Anish ran M&A, strategy and new product development, until leaving to pursue a sabbatical in 2001. From 2004 onwards he served as Director and Non Executive Director on a number of VC backed software startups in the UK. In 2006 he co-founded Yuuguu – leading it’s launch and fundraising. Yuuguu was sold to a European telecoms company in 2010.
