Having run and grown teams in Linux, data centres and networks, Neil was the natural choice to step into DevOps leadership role. This role centres on growing a team that cements hardware and software across the business, connecting the day-to-day business of supporting our clients with the delivery of new products and features to help them grow. As a Linux sysadmin at heart, Neil contributes to a number of open source projects in his spare time.
