Tell us about yourself?
My background is in IT, I worked for many years in the Retail and Hospitality/Food industries. I am also an entrepreneur at heart. At the intersection of tech and business, I found myself well placed to build an IT solution to solve a business issue, and the result is GoAudits.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
You don’t build a business. You build people, then people build the business!
What problem does your business solve?
How can organisations ensure top standards, quality and safety in every location, every day? The GoAudits auditing software enables businesses to save time, gain real-time insights into their operations and make the right decisions to improve them, with features such as:

What is the inspiration behind your business?
Working in the Retail and Hospitality industry, I noticed the challenges of maintaining brand standards in every site, especially when it comes to training new staff or rolling out promotional campaigns. I also noticed the disconnect between the operational teams on the ground, and the Management teams in the head office. So you can say that our mission to reimagine auditing started with the urge to solve our own problem. We could not find the professional, flexible yet affordable mobile inspections app, so we created it!
What is your magic sauce?
In addition to offering a great SaaS product, we make sure to provide that human touch: a responsive and friendly customer support team. Our team helps businesses get started with our app, and then make the best out of it.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
We are fully self-funded and proud to have earned the trust of some major brands and Fortune500 companies in 55+ countries. We plan to accelerate our growth, and expand our product to close the loop between customer feedback and internal operational decisions.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
The pandemic was definitely a challenging time to launch a business. There were many months of uncertainty and some hard decisions to make. However it turns out that digitisation has only accelerated, and now a solution like ours is a no-brainer for most organisations, large and small.
