Hans Mehn

Alex joined Generation in 2011 and is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Generation Investment Management. Previously, Alex was Head of Legal for the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs outside the Americas, and a Senior Counsel at Clifford Chance. Alex received an LLB and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh, and a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics. Alex is admitted as a Solicitor by the Law Society of Scotland.

Esther Gilmore
Partner & Head Of Client Team of Generation Investment Management
Esther joined Generation in 2007 and is the Head of the Global Client Team. Prior to joining Generation, Esther was a sustainability analyst at Sustainable Asset Management in Melbourne, Australia, a sustainability consultant at Matrix+ International, and a financial analyst at ING Barings and Barclays Bank in London.Esther graduated with a BCom/BA degree from the University of Queensland, received a Masters of Environment from the University of Melbourne, and received a GDip in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Lisa Anderson

Lisa joined Generation in 2004 and is Chief Operating Officer of Generation Investment Management’s US operations. Previously, Lisa served in various roles at Goldman Sachs, including process enhancements, systems project management and analytical roles. Lisa worked in Goldman Sachs Asset Management Global Projects, Goldman Sachs Equity Operations, and as a Project Manager for the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Lisa was a Project Analyst for Countrywide Bank in New Zealand, and was a Financial Accountant at UBS, PaineWebber and Prudential Holborn.
