MacLean has been in the service industry for over 33 years. Prior to joining Lexmark, he held a number of services positions in the Canadian market including mainframe field and technical support leadership roles with Honeywell Information Systems, directing a national customer automation division at Purolator Courier, and leading a national reseller support & automation team at Merisel Computer Products. MacLean joined Lexmark Canada in 1997 as National Services Director. He led the Canadian services operations team and supply chain distribution function. He then transferred to Lexmark’s Lexington, KY head office in 2000 and ran the US Service delivery operations team. He then progressed into a global business practice management role and finally into his current role.
