My background is in marketing (Bsc & MBM & CIM) 13 years of marketing experience for start-ups & global consultancies in the UK, China & Greece. 5 years ago I started an Amazon business with my friends and 3 years ago I started my own marketing agency.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Hire the right people from the start. Be strict about your interview processes and know exactly what you need from them to do. Also make sure you have a business process for on boarding clients.
