Keep up to date with technology as it is a fast changing business just now since the Covid Epidemic
What problem does your business solve?
Flights , at the moment, can be tricky with shortages of staff at airports many airlines are cancelling flights this summer but there usually is a way round it all
What is the inspiration behind your business?
As i said problem solving gets adrenaline going to solve the challenges. Late minute bookings as people think prices will get cheaper but that used to be the way of it, but definitely not now . Rising costs of everything is a way far the biggest challenge for any business.
What is your magic sauce?
Being available 24/7 365 days a year . Through Zoom and going direct to the people actually requiring the service as it is more relaxing and with todays technology everything is on computer. Most importantly is transparency with the world requirements as since covid each country has different rules and regulations
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
To strengthen the trust between the agent and customers ensuring no financial loss , if possible, throughout the process by ensuring they are ATOL or ABTA protected
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Covid as people having to cancel, rebook is definitely be the most difficult thing past 2/3 years and now war in Ukraine shortage of staff the great thing about working from home is less expenses so far less overheads
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
Just join our private Facebook Group Page where we can advertise our business without the usual spying going on, as travel is about 1 of the most competitive businesses around , with every one trying to gain business
