Tell us about yourself?
I originally started out as Cyber Security Specialist for a large enterprise however I was often the go to for helping my network of friends, families and professional connects with transforming their business to be more efficient by building their online presence.
I started Right Global Group as I quickly grew from helping 1 or 2 people to helping hundreds of people. I have helped a large competition website who allow customers to enter a prize draw with the chance to win prizes.
From here I realised quickly there was lots more to offer to these competition website so I offered my expertise help to more to which I gained a wealth of experience in the competition industry.
My skills and clients quickly began to expand into other industries thus creating a diverse profile. I get a self feel of accomplishments seeing my customers succeed.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Like many other people I would of started my journey a lot earlier.
What problem does your business solve?
We take away the stress of running your business online without breaking the bank. Technology should be a tool to use to your advantage and not be a hinderance.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
The inspirition behind our business was seeing the difficulties first hand of the complications required to start up your business so we can imagine what it must be like for someone with no technical experience.
What is your magic sauce?
We are affordable, friendly and build a close relationship with all of our customers. We want to be the addition to your team!
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
We want to set a global standard that with the right help a digital agency can be only tool you need by offering affordable professional help..
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
The greatest hurdle has been scaling our business however with a good team strategy we quickly came up with a plan on how we can continue to help our existing customers while obtaining new clients.
A issue we ran into was we obtained a large amount of customers with little resource and this is where automation played a huge part of being both efficient and quick.
