Having been in the industry since the dawn of time (well at least 1981) Adam has a wealth of experience and expertise in realtime graphics development that has led to the creation of some of the most successful game franchises seen in the last 20 years. As a Co-Founder of Criterion, in 1992 Adam oversaw the development of Renderware; one of the most successful 3D rendering engines subsequently instrumental to some of the largest game franchises of the last few years. Following Criterion’s acquisition by EA, Adam became VP and CTO at EATech until leaving in 2008 to pursue new challenges. Having founded Lightup software, Adam delivered the highly successful LightUp Analytics for energy efficient building design. With all this it shouldn’t be a surprise that Adam is a named inventor on 10 patents and counting.

Tim Fleming
Founder of Future Visual
Tim is a fan of those moments in life that make you go “wow” and he has always loved the power of visual images to help create those moments. Crafting a career around this knowledge has led to some very interesting adventures and Tim is now an award-winning content producer, global show director and virtual reality innovator. Always wanting to try new ideas and ground them in impact with an audience, Tim has worked with the BBC, Ferrari, Sony, Nokia, Oracle, Unilever, Lockheed Martin and many others. As founder of the studio Plastic Reality, Tim has been show director for Fatboy Slim, creating shows for millions of people on the beaches of Brighton, Brazil and Bondi. 2007: Tim saw the launch of the iPhone and thought…”hmmm video in your pocket…. interesting” and founded televisual top 10 corporate production company Plastic Pictures. Sensing the same sea change in 2014, Tim set up Future Visual to focus on Virtual Reality. October 2015: Future Visual’s product SiPVR (Shopping & Immersion Platform) won the Innovate UK award to partner with John Lewis developing Immersive Retail. Jan 2016: Future Visual won an Innovate UK Smart Grant to study Operational, Transactional and Pedagogic innovation using VR. July 2016: SiPVR finished in the top 10 out of 4,000 applicants to win investment and mentoring in the Publicis Startup 90 competition. Tim has seen huge change and advancements throughout many aspects of the content producing industries, but the transformative potential of virtual reality means that the fun has just begun.
