We’re an online marketing agency based in Greater Manchester and Lancashire.

We strive to become an extension of our clients’ teams, optimising their online presence, driving relevant traffic to their websites, helping them achieve their business objectives and above all….we do this in a jargon free way! We don’t bombard our clients with acronyms and buzzwords.

We believe in working closely with our clients to fully understand their business and their goals.

We have regular contact with our clients, and we help them understand the world of online and how it can help their business. Our main areas of focus for online marketing are SEO, PPC, email and social media.

Tell us about yourself?

Caroline – I’ve worked in online marketing for 13 years. I first started client-side at MyTravel as a Content Co-ordinator, from there I have worked in a range of industries including healthcare, sport, retail and digital agencies.

This is where I met my business partner Su. We started Teepee Digital in 2017.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Stop procrastinating, write to-do lists and get the job done.

What problem does your business solve?

We help businesses understand the benefits of the various online marketing tools. We help businesses reach their objectives, whether that be to obtain more leads, more bookings, more visits and more.

With our help, businesses can stop wasting money on marketing activity that isn’t working or isn’t tailored to their needs.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Su and I have always wanted to run our own online marketing agency. We’ve seen first-hand the difference relevant online marketing campaigns can make to a business, no matter what their industry, size or whether they provide products or services.

We’ve also witnessed some online marketing agencies that are just not doing things right, who use jargon to baffle their clients, don’t deliver as promised or how the client wants them to. We’re jargon-free, friendly and very approachable.

What is your magic sauce?

We’re a small agency, which allows us to have the personable approach and to really get to know our clients, many we would regard as our friends.

We’re very transparent with our work, we won’t suggest a piece of activity if we can’t see it benefiting the client’s business.

We do a great job and our clients are really happy with our work, most have been with us since the beginning.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

Keep our existing clients happy and expand our client base further and continue to grow our business.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Covid and lockdown had a massive impact on our business. The vast majority of our clients were closed for almost a year.

This was a tough time, as it was for many businesses. Thankfully, we survived, and we are very much looking forward to the future.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

We have a great amount of experience of working in the leisure, tourism, healthcare, property and finance industries.

We’re aiming to expand our client base in these areas and also welcome clients from other sectors, we easily adapt and love a challenge.
