Tell us about yourself?
I’m a degree trained designer that specialised in Websites at the birth of home Internet. I quickly learned Digital Marketing strategy and techniques to bolster my skillset and not long after started my own digital agency. I’ve since started and sold a Digital Agency in Barcelona to a Travel Tech company and eventually started my own specialist Hospitality & Hotel agency again based in the UK.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Covid is going to change the world as you know it, but don’t worry, it’s going to be OK!
What problem does your business solve?
We work with hospitality clients to increase direct bookings and improve profitability online
What is the inspiration behind your business?
We specialise in understanding hotel concepts and translating them online to sell room and services. We aim to understand the USP’s and personality of reach brand.
What is your magic sauce?
We specialise in hospitality so understand what converts best and what potential guests are looking for. We also create intelligent and smart products that optimise websites for our clients to learn and adapt to increase conversion and performance.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
We want to increase the number of clients that we have on our roster and also launch new products and services. We have some great features on the horizon for a Quarter 3, 2022 release.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
COVID caused us an issue and our primary client base hotels were forced to close down for safety reasons and travel ceased. We had to be agile and proactive with clients and support them where we could.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
We’re looking for talented content creators like Photographers and Videographers to help our hotels create amazing content. We’re always on the look out for great Marketers, Designers and Developers to join our team.
