Project Managed 8 green field projects in 20 years
Decided that I had a very rounded solution based experience so set up APD to work as a business ‘fixer’ through Project Management using my own Project Management tool called the APD model.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Get into business younger as the solutions that I have for my clients have been part of the way I have conducted myself for years when I was receiving very little numeration for providing a solution to the companies i worked for.
What problem does your business solve?
We tackle pain points.
Whatever keeps you awake at night, I want to hear about.
I then find out where you are as a business.
We decide where you want to be.
I produce a plan of action for us to work on and agree upon.
I then become your accountability partner while we work towards the agreed goal/s.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
My ‘why’ is that when young i was in an incident where someone i cared for was treated very badly.
I was also bullied from the age of 8 to 43 and am determined to help as many as I can get the returns they deserve in life.
What is your magic sauce?
seeing the big picture at a high level; seeing the woods for the trees.
sometimes the client is unable to step away from the issue due to the closeness of their interaction
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
I have shared my vision – i want to make sure as many people as possible can achieve their dream.
i am living my dream from a very poor background and a bad start to life.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
being from a very poor family and having to fight for everything i have
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
when i am in network meetings and they hear me speak they now because of the emotional attachment to my ‘why’ that i will genuinely do everything i can to help them be successful.
