March 19, 2022

Massive was launched by myself and ex business partner in 2016 because we wanted to become our own bosses and reap the benefits of the hard work we’d afforded to previously employers in the industry for the 6 years of our careers prior.

Now in its 6th year trading and with a team of 4 employees, we pride ourself or creating engaging ads for clients in all kinds of industry verticals to help them connect with and convert prospective audiences into loyal long lasting customers. We also take great pride in our extensive data protection practises and delivering top service to our clients and suppliers alike.

Tell us about yourself?

with a background of telesales in my late teens and then account management in my earlier 20s.

I wanted a career change into something more digital and sustainable in the ever changing world of business and in particular, customer acquisition. I moved to London at 23 and found an unpaid internship in digital marketing which I completed after 6 months when I accepted my first role as an account executive with the same company.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

invest more in people. growing my business through personal rather strategic of technological investment in the last 3 2 years has been a key factor in overall growth and revenue increase.

What problem does your business solve?

connecting brands with their audiences

promoting brands’ services and products and collecting user data through channels that are safe for both merchant and consumer.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

being proud of, and enjoying what you do. Commanding a healthy work life balance and being an intrinsic contribution to a common goal and being a valued human rather than a number with a value.

What is your magic sauce?

I treat everyone as my equal. whether than be a supplier, client or employee, no one is beneath me. Empathy and understanding has helped me to build relationships that I just wouldn’t have been able to by being just another corporate wig.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

we have just opened our branch based in Dubai, the plan is to expand further into Europe this year, grow teams, grow careers, crate opportunities in all kinds of avenues.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

GDPR, and Brexit are certainly our biggest challenges since launch in 2016 but like all challenges, we’ve understood them and overcome them.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

We are always looking for new marketers to join our affiliate network, regardless of their channels or expertise.

We are of course always looking for brands, merchants and service providers who would like to grow their customer bases in the online space and roll ou acquisition strategies across channels they may nott have explored in the past
