Tell us about yourself?
December marked six years since I began working and developing in the field of marketing. For six months I have been in the position of Marketing Team Lead. I love my job, I am proud of my team, and I see many opportunities for our development.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
I would advise myself to worry less about trifles and believe in myself, I would tell myself that everything will definitely work out.
What problem does your business solve?
We help our partners increase their brand awareness as well as increase their profits. We bring publishers and advertisers together, giving them the guarantee that they cooperate with reliable partners and receive the highest quality services.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
I am inspired by the people we constantly meet along the way, because each of them comes to us with the goal of making their business better, and their business is an integral part of themselves. We grow and develop together, and this gives us strength and inspiration to reach even greater heights.
What is your magic sauce?

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
I plan to work hard to make Adromeda become the largest agency in Britain and be heard by many. I want and am ready to develop together with the company, investing all efforts to achieve these goals.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
It is impossible to overlook the fact that I am Ukrainian, and this year has shown how difficult it is to be calm, believe in the best, not give up, and keep moving forward no matter what.
This is a huge challenge and grief for our country and every Ukrainian. I continue to stay and work remotely without leaving my home and my family in Ukraine.
There has been a reassessment of values and, perhaps, the war is the most difficult and terrible thing that all of us have had to go through. Everything that was BEFORE seems to be only a small challenge, but not an ordeal at all.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
We have a team of professionals who build trusting and transparent relationships from the first minute of communication with new clients. We also provide a user-friendly interface with real-time reporting and a flexible approach to partner requests.
