MacLean joined Lexmark Canada in 1997 as National Services Director. He led the Canadian services operations team and supply chain distribution function. He then transferred to Lexmark’s Lexington, KY head office in 2000 and ran the US Service delivery operations team. He then progressed into a global business practice management role and finally into his current role.
