Tell us about yourself?

I have been an estate agent since the age of 17 when I finished 6th form I took on a full time role to become an estate agent.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

I am an ideas man, it’s the role I have in our business. I look to continually evolve our business and push us into new markets.

I have however held back on some ideas for too long before taking action and when I finally do take that action I wish I had done it years earlier. Advice to myself would be to trust your gut, and move faster.

What problem does your business solve?

We provide a highly supported self-employed environment for great estate agents to take back control of their time, diary and service and really thrive.

We cut the cost and risk to agents of starting their own business and provide exceptional support from day 1 in order to get them comfortable and productive as quickly as possible.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

We are solving a problem both myself and my business partner faced as successful agents ourselves. After building our careers we were hemmed in by a corporate structure that limited our growth and earning potential. We were left effectively waiting on dead mans shoes for the senor roles we desired.

This forced us to take on huge risk and go out on our own and start our own agency, we took on huge debt and great risk to do that and have worked hard to create the company we have.

Our solution for agents removes this huge financial and personal risk and allows the individual to take control and earn the income they deserve as a great agents.

What is your magic sauce?

We are 1 of only a handful of reputable agency models in this space in the UK right now and we have looked extensively at our competition and what they offer.

The difference we are able to add to assist our partner agents and turbo charge their success is the additional marketing products we give them and systems we fund for them to reach more customers.

We also provide a range of one on one support with a High Performance Coach, Mentorship and Business Coaching to ensure they are running a great business.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

Our vision is that we will continue to grow our partner agents across the UK and will reach 50 agents in the next 3 years, growing to 100 in 5 years time.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Leaving an employed role and taking the leap to take back control and start your own business is a huge step and one that is not to be underestimated.

We have built the best package available in the UK from an award winning team. However, this decision takes time and we have had to balance our expectations of how quickly it will take agents to join our program and partner with us.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

We believe in estate agency, and that’s why we believe that home movers and estate agents alike, deserve better.

We work with experienced, confident agents who feel micro-managed and constrained by their current employment, just as I did.
