It’s in our DNA that we keep pushing the edges of what we do and keep pushing ourselves.” Outside of work, father of three Darren goes out as often as he can in his pride and joy, a Volkswagen T5 campervan, and refers to himself as a “slow and steady runner”, which isn’t a world apart from the performances of his favourite football club, Liverpool.
