Silviya joined Centre for London, the capital’s dedicated think tank, as Research Manager in August 2016. She heads up Centre for London’s Transport and Environment research programme. In 2017, Silviya co-authored Street Smarts, the final report of the independent, expert-led Commission on the Future of London’s Roads and Streets, and in 2019 published Green Light, arguing for a next generation road user charging scheme for London. Silviya is a regular commentator and speaker on issues of the challenges of future mobility. She is currently working on a number of projects, including looking at balancing conflicting demands on the kerbside and examining barriers for underprivileged groups to accessing different transport options.
