Sean Hoban

Sean has over 20 years experience in IT Consultancy, working for Oracle and LogicaCMG as well as start-up consultancies. In 1997 Sean was a founding employee with Fulcrum Solutions where he was responsible for the successful development, marketing and roll out of a global Oracle Applications upgrade service with revenues growing to £4M during his tenure. After Fulcrum, Sean co-founded the software company HindSite, which developed complex business process automation software, now used in organisations such as Rolls-Royce. Following a successful sale of HindSite, Sean joined Edenbrook in 2003 and became responsible for the Enterprise Solutions practice where he grew revenues from £1.5m to £10m per annum in 5 years. He became a board Director during 2006, and during his tenure was responsible for the creation of the off-shore development centre in Pune, India, and the growth of the Managed Services practice from £2m per annum to £6m with gross margins exceeding 40%. After the sale of Edenbrook to Hitachi Consulting, Sean became a Managing Vice President responsible for expanding the Indian operation (to circa 150 heads) to cater for the US operations. He also retained ownership of the Managed Services practice as well as being the executive sponsor on some of the largest high profile accounts for Hitachi Consulting in the UK. Sean is responsible for finance, operations and working alongside Mark on business development.
