Malcolm is the Executive Director of the Institute. Previously he has worked as a Chartered Loss Adjuster in loss adjusting practices. Malcolm’s main loss adjusting experience has been in Property Claims. In addition, since 1994 he has been involved in the education and training of Loss Adjusters. Malcolm recently wrote, with two co-authors, the text book Property Insurance Law and Claims and produced much of the learning material for the CILA Certificate level qualification. Outside of work Malcolm enjoys cycling an interest that has seen him to the top of the infamous Alpe d’Huez twenty one bends, from Paris to Nice and a return trip from Calais to Amsterdam.
