Jeff Pollock
CEO of Idencia
Jeff Pollock is CEO of Idencia where he has worked since January 2015. Previously, he served as Managing Director of MB Growth Partners after founding the venture capital firm in 2000. MB Growth Partners managed two venture funds under Mr. Pollock’s leadership. There he sat on boards of several portfolio companies and served as an adviser to all companies funded by the partnerships. In addition to providing strategic assistance in building portfolio companies, Mr. Pollock helped negotiate liquidity events. Idencia was the last company remaining in the MB Growth Partners portfolios. Mr. Pollock was instilled by the company’s board as CEO after the departure of Idencia’s founder. Mr. Pollock holds a Masters in Business Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Purdue University. The U.S. Small Business Administration named him National Financial Services Advocate of the Year for 1999. In 2004 he was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
