Tell us about yourself?

I worked in investment banking for 2 decades, felt unfulfilled and wanted to do something to make a real difference to people’s lives.

So I set out to build a platform to help jobseekers find work in Startups. Unfortunately we failed with our venture because we found it hard to identify the Startups that had the budget to pay for our service.

Two and a half years later we launched Prelo to solve exactly the problem that caused the failure of our first venture.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Write more content, do more marketing and talk about the problem your product/service solves at every opportunity

We help small businesses and solopreneurs find key decision makers from vc-funded tech startups in 3 clicks

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Our first venture failed because we couldn’t find customers with the budget to pay for our product. So we talked to hundred founders about this and realised it was a common problem.

What is your magic sauce?

We can identify key decision makers (senior and mid-level) across 27 industries in 3 clicks! Everything you need to gauge company momentum at your finger tips.

We can tell you how much funding they raised, when they raised the funds and what jobs they hired for in the last 12 months.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

Out vision is a marketplace that helps more small businesses create a frictionless way to sell their services and approach bigger organizations to 10x their revenue with 1-click!

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

The biggest challenge so far has been finding larger communities of solopreneurs and small businesses to serve.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

We want small businesses to join our slack channel and collaborate with us which they can do when they buy a Prelo license
