Martin Green
Managing Partner of NVM Private Equity
Martin Green qualified as a chartered accountant before joining 3i in Birmingham. He became a director responsible for 3i’s investment across the Midlands before leaving in 2001 to join Montagu Capital as a founding director. Martin joined NVM in 2004 and subsequently became managing director. He has over 20 years’ experience in private equity and has always enjoyed working closely with management teams to build shareholder value. As well as his duties as managing director, Martin also represents NVM on the boards of Arleigh International and Kerridge Commercial Systems. He also worked with e-know.net, IG Doors, Paladin Group and Interlube Systems – all of which were sold to trade buyers.

Peter Hodson
Partner of NVM Private Equity
Peter’s early career was as an engineer working for BMW Group. He started his private equity career at 3i in Birmingham and then London. He is responsible for generating investments for NVM opportunities in London and represents NVM on the boards of portfolio companies; Mantis Deposition, Axial Systems, Tinglobal and Cawood Scientific and Intuitive. Peter was responsible for the investment, management and subsequent sale of Product Support to Wincanton, Ithaca Business Media to UBM and CloserStill to Phoenix Private Equity.
