Seánna Holland: UK Fulfilment Company With Foundations Built on Reputation, Honesty, and Integrity

June 3, 2022

We are a UK fulfilment company with foundations built on reputation, honesty, and integrity.

We are dedicated to exceeding expectations, driving change, and developing innovative solutions in a new and evolving era of digital retail and ecommerce fulfilment.

We are proud of our team of motivated, proactive, and conscientious people who put the interests of our clients and their customers at the heart of everything they do.

From our offices to fulfilment warehouses, across all our fulfilment centres, we are one happy team.

Tell us about yourself?

My business partner, Nick Walker and I worked for another company previously in the Music Industry offering fulfilment services and we decided to go it alone, we set up in 2009 in the recession and we have grown steadily year on year.

Nick and I are both still strongly involved with the business although our roles have changed over the years, our passion to see it continue to grow is what makes us tick.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Don’t be afraid to say no. Sometimes saying no will be the best decision you make.

What problem does your business solve?

We provide an outsourced fulfilment service to online retailers. Ensuring they have more time to focus on the growth for their brand and we worry about customer satisfaction.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

A number of smaller businesses want to grow but don’t want to take on warehousing and staff. A number of organisations have minimum order volumes which makes things impossible for the smaller companies to outsource, we cater for businesses of all shapes and sizes.

What is your magic sauce?

We have a number of unique services we offer including the ability to Chart report album sales, we operate from a licenced premises which means we can ship alcohol, handle bottling, kitting and assembly and we can also manage bespoke or personalised items.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

We want to continue to grow the existing operation, we have opened 2 new sites in the last two years, we are also looking to open a facility in Europe.

We love to see members of our team grow through the business and we would like to see more of our staff take on bigger roles.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Keeping operations going during the Pandemic.

As a warehouse we were classed as essential workers and we had to ensure our team were safe across all sites whilst also managing a significant increase in order volumes.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

If you are struggling to manage your online order volumes or have grown to dread that side of the business then we are the solution you are looking for.

Outsourcing doesn’t have to be costly, instead you may find it moves your business and brand on more rapidly than you believed possible.

I love chatting with people to explain more and am happy to discuss the options even if you are not ready to take this step yet but it maybe of interest further down the line.

I look forward to hearing from you.
