Hayley Bishop
Founder & Technical Director of Swytch
Hayley came onto this project right at the beginning – practically for the first heartbeat of the product after joining the team during the Shanghai Bike Fair in 2016. With 12 years’ experience in Software Development and Design she is responsible for the management and delivery of all of our online content, branding, and marketing material. She has worked on a number of large high profile internal software development projects whilst running her own Design and Development company for the past 5 years which makes project managing such an exciting project, a necessary skill for us to take full advantage of. In almost exactly the same way as our customers, business aquaintences, friends and family members, Hayley reacted to electric bikes and in particular the Swytch bike; she wanted to be part of this movement and to get her hands on a Swytch bike as soon as possible. And what better way to do that then join the team!

Carol Herdman
Finance Director of Pyronix Ltd
I would describe Pyronix as a friendly environment where staff have a commitment to providing good service. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG after University, before moving into the manufacturing industry as a Financial Controller. I then moved to a freight forwarder for a period, before moving to Pyronix 13 years ago. Since then I have progressed from Financial Controller to Finance Director. I enjoy the fast pace of a manufacturing environment and there are always new challenges to consider, although help and support is always on hand when you need it.

Guy Dodd
Sales Director of Pyronix Ltd
Pyronix is very ethical, honest and open business. Independently owned, which gives us the freedom to innovate and react quickly to market trends and needs. With this being a privately owned company, directors and decision makers are available to their customers. Before I was an enginner, from an apprentice to an installation engineer, to a service engineer with an NSI company in Birmingham for 14 years. Working for Pyronix, I get to work in the industry that I trained to be in – in many ways I’m still and engineer at heart. The beauty of Pyronix is it gives us the opportunity to be honest to our customers, with it being independent it cares more. When I’m not here it’s golf when I get the time and my kids and that’s about all I get time for.
