Jayma Pau
Co-Managing Partner of Leaders’ Quest
Jayma works with global clients to design and deliver culture change, leadership programmes and Quests in different parts of the world. Inside Leaders’ Quest she leads operations, resourcing and people development. Jayma is passionate about the part played by every person in an organisation – from the top to the bottom – to create, and sustain, a healthy culture. This is reflected in her work with a wide range of our multinational organisations, who are keen to explore the purpose of their business in today’s world. In 2010, Jayma set up LQ’s India office in Mumbai, where she lived for two years. She returned to London in 2012, and most recently spent six months seconded to our New York office. Jayma previously worked at ITE Group, a leading exhibition organiser, and spent time in Russia, Kazakhstan, Libya and Mozambique. She also taught English in a French high school and enjoyed a brief spell at the European Parliament. During this time, Jayma started to ask big questions about why people’s lives are the way they are, and why people behave the way they do. This curiosity led her to join Leaders’ Quest in 2007, and since then she has figured out that some questions simply have no answers! Jayma is a Trustee of Child to Child, a charity that, for the past 30 years, has worked to give children a voice and help them to influence their future. Jayma has a French degree from the University of Nottingham. She’s happiest at home, around her loved ones, playing the piano or practising yoga. She wants to visit a new country every year (so far, so good…)

Melanie Jamieson
Partner of Leaders’ Quest
Melanie is a Partner at Leaders’ Quest. A member of the executive committee, she leads global brand development, PR and communications strategy, and also designs and delivers Quests and workshops around the world. She plays a key role in working with organisations on journeys of transformation, by drawing out the stories that shape future action. Melanie is passionate about enabling individuals and organisations to find their voice. A trained performance coach, she loves working with people who want to uncover personal stories and express them in a way that is authentic, and that resonates with others. Before joining Leaders’ Quest in 2010, Melanie took on the challenge of re-energising the brand of London-based youth charity, Greenhouse. As head of its communications team, she worked to bring the organisation’s voice into alignment with the values of the young people it served. Melanie’s focus on voice stemmed from her experience as a professional singer/songwriter. Early in her career, she toured Australia and the UK with a piano and her five-piece band in tow. She also designed and delivered music programmes for at-risk youths living in marginalised communities. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Communications in English Literature from Griffith University, Brisbane. She lives with her husband and one-year old son in Richmond, and is passionate about mindfulness and yoga. She also tries to visit her family on the sunny Gold Coast of Australia as often as possible.
