He is responsible for delivery of the Marine Renewables Commercialisation Fund for the Scottish Government, an £18 million fund that will support the first arrays of marine energy devices in Scottish Waters. Charlie is also working on an industry consortium supported by the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult in Glasgow to develop enabling innovations for early wave and tidal arrays.
