Nick Starritt joined Sirota as a Partner in 2002 after leaving BP plc., where he had been the Group Vice-President Human Resources since 1998. In his time at BP, Nick led the global HR function as BP grew to become the UK’s largest organization, through a series of mergers & acquisitions.
