Although Marc’s interests skew more towards the value and impact of technology, as well as a relentless focus on the end-to-end customer experience, he secretly knows more about engineering than he lets on, having earned a BSc in theoretical and mathematical physics from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Information Technology for eCommerce from the University of Sussex.
