Marc Moses was appointed as an Executive Director of HSBC Holdings plc in January 2014. He is Group Chief Risk Officer, with responsibility for risk and compliance, and a member of the Group Management Board, positions he has held since December 2010. Mr Moses joined HSBC in November 2005 as Chief Financial and Risk Officer with global responsibility for leading and managing the Global Banking and Markets finance and risk functions.
