Catherine Greening

Catherine Greening is the CFO at UKFast. Catherine works across the management layer at UKFast to drive value in the business above and beyond its extraordinary existing organic growth. A chartered accountant, Catherine brings extensive experience of corporate finance to UKFast. Before joining UKFast, Catherine drove the £45m kidsunlimited exit to US public company Bright Horizons, as Commercial Director and shareholder. Catherine also spent time at PwC as a director in their M&A team advising management teams and private equity houses on management buyouts before moving into an investment director role with LDC – the UK’s leading private equity house and part of Lloyd’s bank. As part of her remit driving growth, Catherine recently led the £40m fund raising from RBS to create a war chest for future acquisitions. In 2017, Catherine led the acquisition of Public Sector hosting business Secure Information Assurance. Catherine also sits on the board of related companies, Secarma and Farinet.
