Jason Welham joined Lazard in 2017 and is a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group with a primary focus on Fin Tech. Jason has over 7 years of mergers and acquisitions experience and provides strategic advice to a number of Lazard’s Fin Tech clients. Most recently, Jason was Corporate Development Manager at VocaLink having led large aspects of the corporate development efforts including bidder selection, deal execution and regulatory approval efforts that resulted in the sale to MasterCard. Previously, Jason worked at PwC, where he specialized in M&A Advisory Services advising a range of clients across various sectors including Financial Services, Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
