Grady oversaw the finance, information technology, human resources and marketing departments for the company, which included 23 nationalities doing business in 63 countries. He was also a member of various HCC group steering committees and task forces. Prior to HCC Global, Grady launched Goal.com, the online video streaming subsidiary for Mediaproducciones S.L., a broadcast, production and rights distribution group located in New York and Barcelona. Grady was the CFO for Special Operations Group Inc., a professional security firm in Washington D.C. and worked as a Manager within the Transaction Services Group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Richmond, London and Santiago, Chile. Grady is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Matt joined Nutmeg in April 2018 bringing over 20 years of financial services technology experience with him. As Nutmeg’s CTO, Matt ensures our technology strategy matches our business strategy. Prior to joining Nutmeg, Matt held the position of Chief Technical Officer at both Neilson Financial Services and MarketInvoice. Liliya is the Chief Operating Officer, with overall responsibility for managing C6′s global, multilingual research team and enhanced due diligence strategy. Over the last six years she has gained in-depth knowledge and robust experience in the field of compliance risk analysis, related to AML, CFT, ABC and adverse media checks on high risk individuals and organisations. She joined C6 in 2008 and was initially responsible for creating and maintaining a vast database of Europe-based individuals and businesses with focus on PEPs, HNWIs and sanctions targets, as well as various research strategies, including risk-based EDD investigations. Before becoming COO, Liliya was also managing C6’s largest regional research team, covering Europe, Middle East, Africa and Central Asia, and took the lead in various in-house product development projects.
