Prior to joining Oxford Capital George was a fund manager at specialist real asset investment manager FIM, where he oversaw a £130m fund investing in UK renewable energy, specifically onshore wind and solar PV, and commercial timberland. He previously worked for specialist investment manager Triple Point, focusing on infrastructure style investments in a tax efficient environment. Christopher leads the investor services team with the goal of delivering excellence. He brings extensive experience across the financial services industry having been the MD of a UK FinTech – Sprint Enterprise Technology – and Managing Director at J.P.Morgan where he led the Client Services’ strategies and was the CFO for the Fund Services’ businesses globally. Previously Christopher was Investment Director at Hill Samuel Asset Management responsible for researching and selecting UK equities for institutional funds. Christopher has a Geography degree from King’s College, London University and a LBS MBA and is member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Edward McCabe

Mr. Edward McCabe co-founded Seven Spires Investments Ltd. in 2003 and serves as its Investment Director. From 1992 to 2005, Mr. McCabe was the first Chief Executive, and later, the Chairman of Hartwell PLC. His early career was in banking at Barclays Bank. He serves as Non-Executive Investor Director of Metalysis Limited and served as its Non Executive Director. Lucius Cary
Founder and Managing Director of Oxford Technology Management
Lucius Cary is the founder and managing director of Oxford Technology. He has a degree in engineering and economics from Oxford University, an MBA from Harvard Business School and was an engineering apprentice at the Atomic Energy Research Establishment, Harwell. After forming and raising finance for his first business in 1972, he founded “Venture Capital Report” in 1978 and was its managing director for 17 years. In March 1996, he became chairman and reduced his day-to-day involvement in order to concentrate more fully on Oxford Technology Management’s investment activities. Oxford Technology Management raised its first fund to invest in start-up and early-stage technology companies in 1983. In 2003, he was awarded an OBE for services to business.

Mark White

Mark joined Midven in August 2006 and is Investment Director and Investment Committee member of the Rainbow Seed Fund. Mark has over twenty years experience in investment with extensive periods in UK investment banking and emerging markets, including raising and managing a R100m fund in South Africa. Most recently, Mark led the transformation of NESTA’s investment operations, building it into the most active technology seed investor in the UK.
